Do I Need Insurance?

If your goods are valuable enough to store, they are valuable enough to insure.  Do not assume that your home contents insurance covers stored goods. If you do not have insurance, goods are stored at your sole risk.

What Happens if I Don’t Pay?

If you do not pay your fees, we will over-lock your storage space and you will be denied access until you are up-to-date on your payments.  If you continue to not make a payment, we can, under the standard self-storage agreement, reserve the right to auction your goods to recover money owed.

How Does Billing Work?

You are required to make the first payment of one month in advance before we give you a pin number.  From then onwards you may pay either weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually in advance.

What Can I Store in my Storage Unit?

You can store almost anything as long as you can fit it into the space.  You must not store perishable food items, anything that may encourage rodents, dangerous, flammable, explosive or toxic goods.

Who Keeps the Key?

You do. Your personal padlock secures the locking system on your storage unit door.  The premises are accessible and secured via a monitored pin number and CCTV.

What is the Process of Moving In?

You may move in any time after you have signed and returned our agreement along with one month’s rent in advance.

What Size Storage Units are Available?

There are 11 different sizes, however, we can cater to most needs.  Ranging from smaller household items to larger things like cars, boats and caravans.  We are bound to have a unit to suit your needs.

Do You Organise Removalists?

No, you will need to organise that yourself.

Do You Have Security?

Yes. There is pin paid access with secure fencing surrounding the site.  Each unit is individually alarmed.  The site is also monitored by CCTV.
